Yes, four full novels and a short story so far, and we’re still married. It helps that we both edit other peoples’ work for a living, so aren’t precious about our own work being edited. By the time we get to the end of a novel, we genuinely don’t know who has written which sentence. And believe it or not, we find the process quite fun!

Always the one we’ve just written. We love to set our novels in a world that appears glamorous from the outside, but is far more complex and compromised than it appears from inside - whether that’s social media influencers in People Like Her, private members’ clubs in The Club and the art world in Juliette Willoughby.
